Sweet Pepper Rubbed Flat Iron Steak

I feel I skimped with the grilled cheese so here is a recipe for you meat lovers...

2 T brown sugar
2 T paprika
2 t chili powder
1 t chipotle chili powder
1/2 t ground black pepper
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t cumin
2 t salt

flat iron steaks this much rub should take care of at least 4 steaks, maybe 6.

Mix Paprika, salt, brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, garlic salt, cumin, in a bowl....Rub the mixture into the steaks....Wrap steaks up in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple hours...Get the grill fired up and hot....Oil that bad boy up...throw on your steaks...Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for Medium Rare....

What is a Flat Iron Steak?

Enjoy.

Catch ya later,
the Beeze.
